Hey there, amazing caregiver!

My name is Jenn, and I’m on my fourth kidney.

I've lived through complex medical crises for three decades and then added family caregiver to my resume eight years ago.

I know how real caregiver burnout is.

I have chronic kidney disease. After my first two kidneys went kaput and were taken out, I got my third kidney at age 15 from my dad. Then my fourth kidney was donated by my husband’s twin (I’m still amazed at this!).

Some days are better than others, and I’m still working to manage my time and energy with these limitations.

My husband and I adopted a beautiful daughter 16 years ago, and my daughter has faced some significant medical challenges since age seven.

People ask me how I do it all the time.

The answer is this: I get through it one day at a time.

And so can you. I know you can.

I’ve found a framework that I KNOW will help you, because it’s backed by research, and it’s worked for thousands of others. I’m here to help, because I know how devastating this journey can be.

We’ve all heard about resilience, right? It means hanging in there through tough times. Now there is a new, evidence-based framework for resilience in action.

It’s called Prosilience.

Prosilience is proactive resilience; that is, strengthening your resilience muscles to prepare yourself for the challenges that lie ahead. As caregivers for those with chronic illness we know challenges all too well.

I’ve been told I embody Prosilience.

It was possible for me, and it’s is possible for you too. I'm here to help you find opportunity, possibility, and hope, even through the really dark stuff. (And trust me, I understand the really dark stuff.)

If you think you could use a Prosilience boost, the best thing to do is book a FREE 30-minute Caregiver Connect Chat with me. In this no-obligation chat, I will give you two or three strategies that you can use TODAY to start plugging those energy leaks that leave you feeling so drained and strengthen those resilience muscles. We got this.
